Without your support, generosity, and kindness, my London-Paris Challenge wouldn’t have been possible. It’s so good to know there are people like you still out there. The world needs more of you to make it a better place. I will be in touch always as a I feel I have made a special friend
Thank you so much for these. They made all the difference and allowed me to keep ip with some pretty serious bikes. Am definitely going to do more than just commute on my bike and you will of course be first port of call for my kit. Thanks much again
Many thanks for your understanding and trust. The kids love it [black shopper bike and child seat] and we’ve used it loads. See you soon we’ll be needing lights soon.
Hello Boys, I cycled to John O’ Groats (with the help of a train) to a place called tongue and it’s raining. Hope all’s well in Wandsworth
You asked for a postcard from Easter island and here it is! This is the remotest inhabited place in the world. The culture is fascinating. I’m really enjoying it.
Thanks for sponsoring me I really enjoyed it and will do it [London marathon] next year so please try to get back to filming it
Thank you so much for sending the 12 ½” buggy tyres. Enjoy the choccies the dogs are enjoying their off-road walks again
Dear Pedalling Pals and superior cyclist citizens. It went through the rain, and the sunshine, all around the lovely Norfolk countryside just on one brake, so ‘Mark-o’ it’s possible. Thanks for the racks
Just a note from the Western Isles! We have covered the 120 miles or so from Castle Bay to Stornoway across sandy beaches and peat bogs. My new TREK Valencia has been amazing. Thanks for all your help

Thank you so much for saving all the card for us. You have really helped us to make our summer camp look fantastic
The Hi Team
Here is the postcard [of Los Angeles]. The Bike made it in the box you gave us. Don’t forget – the idea for a coffee shop in the bike shop was mine. Thanks very much for your kindness
Jef Jon Fox
Bike going well – the new chainset getting me up a few more hills, tho’ climbs in the Pyrenees still fairly horrible. Fantastic weather all summer – rivers, walks, beaches even (I’m afraid) naked cycling for a while. Slowly crawling northwards as work beckons. Hope the business is booming
As promised, a postcard from our cycle trip through South America. More than 5,500km covered and not a single puncture in the continental tyres that you fitted for us back in January. Thank you very much! We’re having an incredible time making our way up the Andes. We started at the bottom of Chile and should pass into Bolivia within the next few days. From there we will travel through to Peru finishing in Cusco for the Macchu Picu trek in October.
Jasmin and Tan
I would like to thank you very much for the really good quality help and advice you gave me with respect to purchasing a touring bicycle. It was very much appreciated
Thank you for rebuilding my bike guys. Fantastic Job. goes like a dream.
Mark and his team look after all my bikes (3 at last count). I ride about 200 miles a week so they need regular love & attention. The service is first rate, the result great, and the prices always reasonable.
Great bunch of guys who will offer expert advice (“hit it with a mallet”) and the right tools or components for the bike, rather than some high street bike shops that just try and sell you the components with the biggest mark-up and only stock “ready meal” bikes.
Strattons also have a great and expansive specialist knowledge of cycling and will gladly share this, injecting it with their own sense of humour. A great change to the standard franchise-approved responses.
